Interim Grant Report Guidelines

To be completed approximately half way through the grant period, unless the project is less than three months in duration

Instructions: Please write a narrative update of the project for which your organization received a grant. Be certain that the write-up includes the following information. It does not need to be long, but try to make it clear. We appreciate any suggestions you have for ways we can assist you in implementing your programs and projects successfully.

1. Has your organization had any significant changes in personnel or structure since receiving your grant?
2. What progress have you made towards the original goals of your proposal? Describe any accomplishments or achievements supported by your Foundation for the People of Burma grant.
3. Has your organization faced any significant challenges or setbacks since the grant was awarded? Briefly describe.
4. Mention any other activities, changes in your situation and collaborations with other organizations that you would like us to be aware of.
5. Is there anything that the Foundation of the People of Burma can do to assist you in reaching your project goals? We would like to support our grantees in reaching their objectives. If there are any skills, knowledge, information or connections that you lack and feel you need in order to fulfill the goals of your programs, please let us know.
